Hi, I’m Britt
I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to No Weigh With Britt, chances are you’re tired of dieting, exhausted by food guilt, or wondering why healthy habits always seem so hard to maintain.
I've been there too.
That experience is exactly why I do this work now.
I'm a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Wellness Coach, and I'm passionate about helping women build a healthier relationship with food through sustainable habits, self-compassion, and curiosity—not restriction.
My Story
For a long time, I believed that if I just had more willpower, I could finally “get it right.”
Like so many women, I found myself caught in the cycle of trying to eat perfectly, feeling guilty when I didn’t, and believing I needed to start over every Monday.
Over time, I realized that lasting change wasn’t about finding the perfect diet. It was about changing the way I thought about food, my body, and myself.
That realization inspired me to become a coach.
Today, I’m passionate about helping women step away from all-or-nothing thinking and build habits that actually fit their lives.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe…
Food shouldn’t control your life.
Your worth is never determined by your weight.
One meal doesn’t define your progress.
Progress matters more than perfection.
Small, consistent changes lead to lasting results.
Curiosity creates more growth than self-criticism.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
My coaching is supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free.
I’m not here to hand you another list of food rules.
Instead, I’ll help you explore the beliefs, habits, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while supporting you as you build sustainable changes that work for your life.
Together, we’ll celebrate your wins, learn from setbacks, and focus on progress—not perfection.
You’re in the right place if…
You’re tired of dieting.
You want to stop feeling guilty after eating.
You want realistic habits that fit your life.
You want support without shame or judgment.
